Cancellations

For non-customized products, you may cancel your order within 24 hours. After 24 hours, a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied and you must cover the return shipping fee if the item has already been shipped out. For customized artwork, cancelation can be made before the portrait has been started, however, the 30% deposit payment is non-refundable. This covers the materials and supplies purchased to create the portrait as well as any work that has been initiated (i.e., drafts).

I don't accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any issues with your order!

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact kaelacadizart@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that I can assess the issue and make it right!
